Spaces that suit the scale of the occasion
The hotel’s 6 function spaces cover the full range of corporate celebration formats. Macquarie Park 1 and 2 (available individually or combined) accommodate up to 56 guests in a banquet layout, with room in the program for a presentation, an awards segment, or a dance floor if the evening calls for one.
For a cocktail reception or a standing celebration with more room to move, Bistro Sydney opens for up to 150 guests. The outdoor courtyard sits alongside it, available for an alfresco component and a BBQ for groups who want the evening to feel like an event rather than a function.
The 4 naturally lit rooms on the second floor bring something quieter to smaller occasions, dinners, drinks, team gatherings where the intimacy of the space does a lot of the work.
Food and drink at the centre of it
A celebration lives by the quality of the food and the flow of the evening. Our Executive Chef builds menus around the occasion, canapés and cocktail service, shared plates and long tables, a formal dinner or a BBQ spread in the courtyard.
The team works through the detail in advance so the evening itself runs without interruption.
When the evening runs long
For teams celebrating from out of town, or when the occasion calls for staying rather than commuting home, the hotel’s guest rooms sit directly above the event spaces. Guests can make a weekend of the celebration, or day use rooms are also available for those just needing space to freshen up after a flight.
Getting here
Macquarie Park Metro is 5 minutes from the front door which matters on an evening when driving isn’t the plan. The Sydney CBD is just 25 minutes away, with complimentary parking is available for guests arriving by car.
