Board Meetings
Naturally lit, genuinely private boardrooms for up to 16
Board meeting rooms in the heart of Macquarie Park
A board meeting asks more of a space than most. The environment shapes the conversation, how settled people feel walking in, how private the room actually is when the discussion turns to something that matters. Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park has boardroom spaces built with that in mind, and an experienced team to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
Boardroom spaces with natural light
The dedicated function spaces at Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park, Denistone, Gladesville, Tennyson Point, Eastwood, and Meadowbank all bring in natural light, with a feel that’s a long way from the sealed.
Meadowbank is the most spacious of these, seating up to 16 and suited to a full board, a senior leadership group, or a workshop that needs room to move. Denistone, Tennyson Point, and Eastwood each seat up to 8, with an intimacy that suits executive committees, or conversations that benefit from a smaller table.
Every room is individually configurable and available with built-in AV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Catering for a focused day
Working breakfasts, morning refreshments, and lunches are prepared by the in-house catering team. Menus are built around the length and pace of the day, with dietary requirements handled as a matter of course.
Straightforward and Well Connected
Macquarie Park Metro is 120 metres from the front door. The CBD is 16 kilometres away, Sydney Airport 29 kilometres. For a board whose members are arriving from different parts of Sydney or flying in for the day, this is an address that doesn’t add unnecessary travel time to an already full schedule. Complimentary parking is available for those driving in.
When the meeting runs into a second day
For sessions that extend across more than 1 day, the hotel’s flexible guest rooms and suite are an ideal choice. Day use rooms are also available for those needing a shorter stay to refresh after a day of travel.
